ZİNC - IRON COATİNG
Zn-Fe (Zinc-Iron) Coating – High-Performance Alloy Plating
Zn-Fe coating is a zinc-iron alloy process containing 0.2–0.6% iron, providing high surface quality, uniform coating thickness, and strong corrosion resistance. It is a reliable solution for automotive and industrial applications.
Key Advantages
- Uniform coating thickness with balanced alloy distribution
- High adhesion performance
- Smooth and aesthetic surface finish
- Environmentally and human-friendly process
- Flexible production capabilities on both rack and drum lines
At Zyncore, parts of various sizes are coated under high-quality standards using the 350 cm Full Automatic Rack Coating Line.
Passivation and Surface Options
Zn-Fe coatings can be enhanced with different Cr³⁺ passivation treatments to meet specific corrosion resistance requirements:
- Cr³⁺ Blue Passivation
- Cr³⁺ Yellow Passivation
- Cr³⁺ Black Passivation
Additionally:
- Post-passivation lacquer applications
- Functional coatings providing customized friction coefficients
These options optimize both corrosion resistance and product functionality.
All processes are analyzed in Zyncore laboratories and documented under our Quality Management System to ensure consistent, high-standard production.
